plans, determine financing plans, tax abatements, incentives for business
startup or expansion. In addition, regulatory and permit coordination
and preparation as well as processing and recording UCC filings.
Establish new government
programs such as Corridor Improvement Authorities (CIA), develop language
for ordinances, intergovernmental cooperation including land transfers,
authorities, administration for brownfield programs, grant writing and
administration, planning, and business retention, expansion and attraction.
Assist developers or
municipalities with project management including coordination with
outside agents, or state agencies.
